One Day Studios is a social enterprise in the historical Fletcher Jones Factory in Warrnambool.

 

We provide employment pathways for digital creatives in the Great South Coast region by delivering educational and skill-building opportunities to young people, and introducing them to people who work within the creative industries.

We've done a lot of stop motion workshops in 2024, we couldn't possibly cover them all individually! We start off learning about the history of stop motion and some famous stop motion films and television. Then we write a brief story we'll attempt to film, before making all of our sets, characters, and props! Using iPads and our Animation Stations, we take individual frames that when put together make our character move throughout the set! We have lots of examples on our YouTube channel, go check it out!
